Tariffs
Majority of the services provided by Elfi are compensated by the other party or by the insurer.
There are however cases, in which neither the insurance company nor the other party has the bur-den; such as medical faults or partially responsibilities that arise from the agreement with the in-surance company.
In such cases the costs of our services will be determined by a mutual under-standing with our clients.
Elfi on the other hand does not charge any costs to its clients for an in-take consultation nor any other costs until the total som is received from the organization in dispute.
Elfi is working with very reasonable hourly rates and charges the wrongful party for compensation.
